VACANCY
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons, preferably males, to fill the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of four (4) subjects including English Language and Mathematics/Accounting;
- Must be computer literate and be knowledgeable of Microsoft suite of products;
- Must have previous work experience, particularly exposure to shift work;
- Must have a mature outlook with the ability to work unsupervised;
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills;
- Will be required to work at nights.
DUTIES
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient support service to customers;
- Assist in the general operations of the Customer Services Department;
- Verify accuracy of postings in the general ledger;
- Assist in the bank reconciliation process.
SALARY
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
