Role

We are hiring a self-motivated, discipline, customer care focused and flexible maintenance worker to join our team.

Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of refrigeration, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical work. He must be able to troubleshoot, resolve problems and repair machinery and other equipment promptly. Duties will include but not limited to routine inspection of the property, apartments, pool, treatment plant and other mundane tasks. He must also have knowledge of construction and cannot only detect issues with buildings but be able to do minor repairs.

Experience with treatment plants a plus.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of the premises, apartments, pool, treatment plant etc.

• Perform preventative maintenance to apartments, treatment plant, furniture and equipment.

• Handle basic electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance across the apartment complex.

• Oversee contractors, electricians and plumbers etc. when professional repairs are needed.

Maintenance Requirements:

• 6+ years of proven maintenance experience

• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

• Must have experience working with treatment plants.

• Must have experience with air conditioning units.

• Must have experience in repairing roofs, floors, with the ability to paint, 

• Ability to take apart equipment, furniture, devices, pumps and replace defective parts a must.

• Must be able to work with a team as well as being able to work without supervision.

• Must be able to read a blueprint, repair manuals, parts catalogue as necessary.

• You must have an eye for details.

• Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods of time
