Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in the law firm of HERBERT GUISHARD LAW, located at The Sands Complex, Basseterre, St. Kitts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the operation.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at minimum:

· 5 CXC or GCE O’Level subjects passes including English and Mathematics;

· At least two (2) years working experience in the area of office administration;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

· Excellent analytical skills;

· Excellent organization skills;

· Excellent work ethic; and

· Excellent computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Assets

· Associate degree or equivalent in office administration or related field;

· Sechnology skills;

· A valid driver’s licence.
