JOB TITLE: Finance Manager
Location: Nevis, West Indies

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Nevis. The Finance Manager will manage the day-to-day functions of the finance department and manage changes in a diverse and changing environment. Co-ordinate the strategic initiatives as directed by the Finance Director for the regional and local offices to ensure successful delivery of the business and performing all activities relating to managerial accounting and client accounting matters for the creation and timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Lead in the development and execution of long-term financial strategies to drive company growth and financial health.
· Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future revenues and expenditures, and provide actionable insights.
· Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies.
· Oversee the budgeting process, monitor budget variances, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the finance department staff, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
· Evaluate and enhance financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
· Oversee the financial management of client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, efficient debt collection, and proper allocation of payments.
· Play a key role in corporate governance, ensuring that financial management practices are transparent and aligned with the strategic objectives set by the board of directors.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a recognized professional certification -ACCA, CPA, or ACA.
· 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting at a senior level demonstrating proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.
· In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Attention to detail
· Must be fluent in English.
