TDC is currently seeking applications from experienced, energetic professionals to fill the position of Human Resource Administrator (Compensation, Benefits, Systems and Administration), Fort Street, St. Kitts.
Job Summary
The Human Resource Administrator - Compensation, Benefits, Systems and Administration, will be responsible for directing and planning the operations for employee data, payroll, and group benefits management in compliance with all relevant Social Security, Labour, Insurance, and Tax regulations or requirements.
Responsibilities
• Supervision of the Payroll and Benefits Administration Unit
• Manages the Benefits Management System
• Manages the HRIS Payroll
• Works closely with the Accounting Department
• Ensures adequate reporting and documentation of the work produced by the Payroll and Benefits Unit
• Provides Payroll and Benefits advising to all levels of Staff and Management
• Ensures the work of the HR Department maintains the highest standards
• Safeguards the confidentiality of all who interact with the HR Department
• Protects the interest and reputation of the Company
• Analyze payroll data and provide insights, forecasts and trends
General Duties
• Assists in achieving Human Resource related projects
• Assists in preparing the Department’s budget
• Assists in Managing the Warren Tyson Scholarship Programme
• Assists in reviewing and updating the department’s policies and procedures
• Performs any other duties as required by the Department/Company
Qualification and Experience
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Human Resources, Certificate in Compensation and Benefits Management, is a plus
• Experience: The Human Resource Administrator - Compensation, Benefits, Systems and Administration should have seven (7) years relevant working experience as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, Senior Officer or Specialist, mature in thinking and highly confidential
• Professional Qualification: Compensation and Benefits Certification encouraged to be attained within the first three (3) years of employment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Computer literacy skills to accomplish work
