TDC is currently seeking suitable applicants to fill the position of Network Technician in the TDC Home and Building Depot, Frigate Bay Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment for the retail store, along with supporting maintenance of SITA equipment.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Assisting in the installation of network cabling

· Assisting the Home and Building Depot Sales team with any technical support needed with copier and printer sales and stock orders

· Maintenance of equipment for SITA at the R L Bradshaw International Airport (as required)

· Promoting the sale of equipment, electronics and appliances sold at Home and Building Depot

· Preparing and submitting daily summary worksheets

· Assisting in the ordering, maintenance, safeguarding and regular verification of all spare parts stored by the Electrical Service Department

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience:

· Successful passes in at least six (6) CXC subjects including English and Mathematics

· Electrical Engineering Diploma or Certification

· At least two (2) years’ experience in related field will be a plus

· Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Confidential

· Deadline-oriented

· Must be a Team Player

· Two (2) letters of Reference

· Must be Flexible
