Primary Responsibilities:
• Preparing vouchers for local and international vendor payments
• Processing outgoing payments and reconciling accounts payable ledgers
• Verifying and investigating discrepancies in vendor accounts
• Generating reports and maintaining aged payables reports
Essential Qualifications:
• 2+ years of accounting experience (Associate's degree in Accounting, Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a professional attitude
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
• Administrative work experience
