Comment: We are noticing the double standards of law and order in st kitts Judge Mallelieu giving retired supt of police Reginald Christmas a reprimand for the traffic violation he committed whereas similar violations harnessed fines for the folks who did committed same acts.Seems like the retired officer have difficulty obeying the laws of the land was he like this when he was an active cop the judge made a terrible error for not throwing the book at the retired policeman.Is he testing the waters?
