Comment: I think they just lazy. And sometimes there is no order in how the clothes are hung. Black, red, long, short, sheet, pant, panty and bag. Total disarray. Sometimes these people live upstairs or on a hill so you have no choice. Imagine coming across by 5ways and looking up the clothes up there the clothes on the line like a shannty town. Comment: Clothes drying in plain view can give the neighborhood a "3rd world" appearance. However, in the Far East (eg. Japan, Korea) where space is limited and clothes dryers are not the norm, sunning futons and drying clothes have become somewhat acceptable. For SKB, I think it can be tolerated to some extent.
