Comment: The Prison is also in that area, the prison officers should be able to hear whats going on around them. The prisoners could be breaking out and the officers cant hear a thing, should something like that happen the public still will want to blame the prison officials if there is an escape. I agree with Mr Liburd no excessive noise should be in the area. I find that people dont have any respect for the law anymore. The owners should find somewhere else to have his shows

Comment: Every Friday night you pass Potential the road is packed with people so I'm not sure what the owner is complaining about. I would have never guessed he had a problem. But anyway, the place looks like a fire hazard, if there is an incident and in there packed with people, they really gonna have to squeeze through that little door in the back or the one in the front? Comment: I do not know what the law says about this issue but I am willing to bet that it has nothing to do with the proximity of a club to a police station. It would be interesting to hear how a judge would deal with the Police if the matter ever went to court; and for that matter, I strongly encourage my friend Terrence to take it to court. Comment: Why has no name been released? I thought it is customary that if someone is apprehended by police for a serious offence the name was released if he/she is not a juvenile? This guy is twenty something according to them? What is the problem? Something does not seem right.
