Comment: I can remember a case in Nevis during the mid 90's when a guy lost his whole career over a simular case, all the victims parents and friends were concerned about was a settlement out of court, the guy fought his case only to hear the allegde victim say in her testimony that the whole ting was a lie, I am not judging a soul. These are hard times and people do strange tings. I don't know either party involved inthis matter, but I hope fair justice is given. if he has done the crime..let him pay. |
