Comment: I know that this is a sad situation and I am deeply saddened however I do not see this as a "criminal offense". All children are curious and it is unfortunate that this incident took place. Boys like to "tamper" their parents vehicle as we say it. I am sure quite a few of us can relate to this. What we need to do is to caution our children further to avoid such tradegy.
