So, they may need to check themselves first before attempting to build rapport with the public, the same public that clearly distrusts that entire institution. Comment: I am saddened by the turn of events in my beloved country. Power Hungry Politicians (in St. Kitts)are treating civil servants like pawns on a chess board. Devolution of Power indeed. I shake my head in shame when people who want respect and honor turn around and use their power to victimize the true servants of the people. God is in his heaven and when he see that it is enough he will intervene. You said the term right Devolution in Sk there is none.
