Comment: While I understand some one saying that he or she has no plans to work behind a counter selling things like T-shirts, one has to be mindful of missed opportunity. If selling behind a counter is going to give the opportunity to generate income, and give the person a chance to be independent, it will be a huge mistake passing up such change. Often times our myopic views inhibit us from reaching higher and becoming successful. Many successful entrepreneurs started out by sweeping floors, and running errands, until they were able to pay some one to help them. The founder of Nike used to sell his sneakers from the trunk of an old Chevy car, and Tyler Perry pointed out that he had to sell popcorn, mop the floor, and sell tickets to his plays until he was able to pay a helper. When I was in elementary school in Middle Island, we used to make fun of classmates whose fathers were fishermen not realizing that there are persons who have their own successful businesses as fishermen. We complain about other nationals coming into our country and becoming successful, but we forget where some of them started when they come into the country. Let us not let the pennies past us while we are waiting for the dollars to come by. Don’t let your attitude limit your altitude.

Comment: "smoking a substance believed to be marijuana" and for a "belief" that is not beyond reasonable doubt,they were suspended,beedies,hemp blunts,black and mild,cigars,there are so many other substances that appear to look like marijuana,thats real immature or maybe its just wilful acts by the committee to rid certain pple presence from the league,and not to long ago in the past,they were talking about helping the youths and being inclusive but yet the same pple are here judgmental n presumptious

Find a way to somehow get into an agreement with the US and Employ one of there states policemen for a 6month period if at all possible...Perhaps 50 NYPD, or LAPD, or something....Lets face it...Obviously our own policemen are Lackingl...I am sure readers can all agree that we are FEDUP of reading at the end of every article dating almost 4 years back that INVESTIGATIONS ARE ONGOING...we dont bleve you Inspector...May be the Head is who needs to be fired!

Comment: I am of the view that this show was judged on personality and sophistication. Not talent.....(I am the Judge cordinator for Miss Teen USA)On two occasions I was asked by a friend to come to the show....last year and this year. Last year's show was well judged for my part as to the girls having talent. I was looking forward to this year but was really disappointed. The young girl from Con.7 Ms Bedford was my favourite. Then con.4 con. 2 and con. 6 No where in positions I saw Con.1 Congratulations

Comment: Yes, Sam, collaboration is essential, but for you to earn the respect and trust of the citizens, to launch a successful plan against crime, you need to apologize to the general public and news media for your defensive and hostile behaviour at your first Press Conference on crime. Remember, respect handed down, is respect handed up!!!!
