Comment: Early Riser, I wish I could have seen you face to face. I would have given you a hi-5 for the comment you made abt the person who saw someone on the cell-phone. How can we change? Take a look at the man in the mirror... I know it's a scary challenge knowing that the Police can act incompetent at times but someone has got to stop the cycle.
