Comment: I want to remind the Prime Minister that there are two reports submitted to his government. The Commonwealth Observer's Report and the NGO Report; so don't pretend that one does not exist. In fact the latter should be studied and implemented, since the contributors are all reputable people who understand the pulse of the country. We must have a census. Any electoral review committee must seek people who are A-political, honest, of good morals and keen on fairness.

Comment: To the family, please accept my deepest sympathy. I commented yesterday that the government appears to be waiting for one of their own to get kill before they understand the severity of what is taking place. Here we have a taxi driver killed, someone who seemed to be an innocent, hard working man. The gov't needs to get assistance from experts. Contact the NY police dept and get help in understanding the best ways to deter and solve crimes. Our police are not trained to handle these crimes.
