Comment: Hon. Marcella you are so right, Pro-Active Health Care is the way to go. There is much alcohholism and other diseases out there and persons affected do not access care until they are at rock bottom especially men, sending the care to them is the best way to go, I also like the universal health care. Our Doctors and Nurses need more pay as well they work very hard. I am very proud of our nurses and doctors. They could work in Bagdad or Afganistan. They deal with trauma all the time.

Comment: The Health situation in our island is "good". , However Manna does not fall from the sky. I visit the hospital quite often and I really thank the nurses and doctors. some people who go for care has insurance and I think a desk should be put in place on a 24 hour basis. If you do not have insurance you will not pay but for those of us who have let the hospital collect the 80% that the insurance will pay for the visit. That could help in some small way to defrey cost and upkeep good luck.

Comment: Mr. Wilkin you seem to be the voice of reason in these times when reason seem to be in short supply. I think the Constitution is flawed when there is no true balance of power (Meaning) Nevis has an Island administration and I think St. Kitts should have had the same and then an overall Federal government. Could you enlighten us as to wether the constitutional process should have provided Island administration for both islands? Or is it this way because the Federal Seat is in St. Kitts?
