Comment: Circumstance,in the federation there have been 23 shooting incidents which includes 8 homocides for 2010 and we haven't gotten past the 1st quarter. The federation now boast the number 1 murder rate in the world. The islands are now ripe with fear. The 10 year sentence is too lenient in my opinion. I would like to know where Circumstance have been living for the past 2 years?

Comment: i am so sorry for wht is going on in our country.young handsme men are losing their live so foolishly.i dnt really know much about parra.i spoke to him on occasions and he was never a rude child.smetimes we blame parents and government when in fact parents themselves has done there best with these kids.i can relate to this because nashie was brought up in a good home and parra was also brought up in a good home.heaven knows wht causes these kids to end up like this.may his soul rip

Comment: 10 years must say to like minded vagabonds, a life of CRIME just does not worth giving up my freedom and life for a few minutes of dumbness. Guns are made to kill, he should have gotten life, none-the-less I respect the court's decision. If he is remorseful, he should now work along with Law Enforcement and discourage other youths from choosing the path he has chosen.
