Comment: I am so sorry that Mr. Welsh and his family had to go through this experience, especially his young children. However, why is this article framed in such a way almost insinuating that the attack was motivated on him based on his PAM affiliation? Comment: One man is dead leaving four children fatherless while two others are now seeking justice for an unwarranted attack on them, all because this young man took the law into his own hand.If he had followed the process of calling for backup and/or going to the police station to seek assistance, this matter would have taken a different turn and the perpetrator(s) who shot him could/would have been off the street.
