Comment: Why are 16 year old boys on th street at 2:50am? Their parents should be made to answer some serious questions. These boys seem to have absolutely no parental control exercised over them. I think this demonstrates why we have such a massive problem with the high crime rate. If boys of this age are allowed to roam the streets and get involved in criminal activity, we must now be looking at making the errant parents answerable for their children. I say charge them with aiding and abetting. They should be held as legally responsible for their children, and made to answer to society. These boys appear to have already started on the road to a life of crime, and here is a chance to send a message to ALL errant parents. How long before something like this ends in a shoot out with the police? Let's take stock and at least show that we are prepared to do what is necessary to deter our young men from a life of crime. Well done to the police.
