Comment: I have a flight booked on Liat during the August weekend and i deliberately did not book to go through Antigua, you think the service in Sk bad you shd try going through Antigua. On a serious note Liat need to deliver to the People better service. When C/bean star was here i never travelled on liat because of the BS they give people. A note to consider walk with yall food and extra money becasue it appear all the flights got to be delayed or if you arrive ontime you luggage will be lost.

Comment: When you are paying for a service NO ONE is doing you a favour... It is shear ignorance that speaks those words... what happened to those kids was unfortunate and I am sorry you had to endure such below standard service... Comment: Shame on all of u for bashing LIAT your regional airlines by your regional gov't! If u don't want to travel on LIAT don't. That is your right and LIAT is not forcing u. If people willing to pay money for travel then there would be many Airlines in the region. LIAT doing a favour taking your small change and flying u from one country to a next! No company will come and do it for less unless they willing to make heavy losses like LIAT. If LIAT wasn't backed by the gov't it would be long gone!

Comment: This aint the first time liat do this nor am sure won't be the last. The representatives at the airport have no regards when it comes to people (and to imagine it's customer service). We really need another airline that will definitely give liat some competition so that they can step up their customer service. As a country manager how can she say she can't make any decisions, am sure they knew from the people checked in there would be no flight. VERY DISSAPPOINTIN LIAT.

Comment: This is not the first or last time that they have done this. They did it last year while I was going on vacation. Spent the entire day at the airport waiting for a flight that I was told was on the way, but never arrived. We need another airline, and the staff at the airport in SK is the worst. They totally ignore you, act out if you voice your concern and are downright rude. What the island needs is some more competition, so that these airlines will step it up.
