Comment: That is a bad case of course, but I would like to know if these parents take every precaution on the crossings? It is sad that medical care in casualty but I think that she shld have waited for the ambulance which would have put her in a position to get priority care. Also I do think that children should always be a priority in casualty above everyone else and should be afforded the best care possible. I do however beg persons who cross the street to make sure that the vehicle stops before u cross even though one driver stops to allow u to cross does not necessarily mean that the driver from the opposite direction will do the same. Comment: It is a horrible experience that this family had to go through, and I hope they will take this further, because this can happen again and the medical staff will get away with it. First of all, a child (minor) was involve and he is first in line for medical treatment when there's an accident, especially because he can't express himself, this could've never happen in the US, because they would be major consequences and many questions to be answered.
