Comment: I'm confused. A US national comes to our shores, is found to be in possession of an ILLEGAL weapon, gets charged with the offence, now we are pussy footing around with 'social reports' before we sentence him. Would a SKN national, faced with the same situation in the US be afforded the same courtesy? HELL NO! We need to GROW SOME BALLS and deal with offenders.
