Comment: The problem in St.Kitts is that the punishment does not fit the crime and the name "wounding with intent" sounds so nice. However, in the United States we call it ATTEMPTED MURDER. I read another article where someone was given twenty months for "wounding with intent". The criminals will continue to commit these crimes if you the(officials) continue to pacify these acts with such sweet names. Call it for what it is. (ATTEMPTED MURDER) My guess is that you are waiting for them to KILL.
