Comment: I agree with several comments about the customer service at Best Buy. I am pleased to see the improvements, however I have had TOO many instances where the cashiers were just plain out rude, not helpful, and totally oblivious to what is happening in the supermarket. If you ask them a question to which they do not know the answer - rather than assist they ignore - they are never pleasant and act as though they are doing you a favour!
