Comment: i'm a civil servant for 15 years plus,married with 1 child.I have my house plan for a two bedroom house, mind u i say A TWO BEDROOM house.took my plan to the development bank you know what they calculated my mortgage to be for a TWO BEDROOM HOUSE,three hundred and seventy five thousand.so the montly calculation to be $3500.00 yes three thousand plus per month,now my salary barely cover half of that.how on earth will i be able to pay that.for a two bedroom house. while others getway with murder.
