Comment: This "SK person who been using MAC" is a very small minded person. Open your mind & realise that "introduction" does not mean this is the first time St. Kitts is seeing MAC pigments. It simply means first time it's being SOLD in St. Kitts. You need to open your narrow mind and stop trying to pull down someone who is offering a commodity that is UNAVAILABLE in St. Kitts. Obviously, she did her market research & recognized that this was the case. You are just cold and bitter.

Comment: The policy of the former South-east Peninsula Board was to encourage vehicular access to beaches with public amenities including parking, seating and picnic areas. Sandals Resorts decided not to build at Banana Bay because both the board and government refused to budge on their request for a pedestrian access only to the beach. The issue here was upholding the principle, intent and spirit of the law in ensuring that locals had "adequate" access to the beach. Where has the principle gone?

This is an incredible comment from someone who served as the Director of Physical Planning and Environment for seven years. So a quick refresher course -- the law is the National Conservation and Environmental Protection Act and he needs to refer to Clauses 23 and 24.

Comment: Why it took so long for the ambulance to reach. A total of 45 minutes from here to there. The driver of the ambulance and the Police are to blame along with her friend, who testified that she told the Defendant not to move Valencia. Valencia did because she was left without anyone helping her. She bleed to death if only someone had taken the time to take her to the hospital instead of waiting on an ambulance from here to there. My heart goes out to both families. Mr. Caines will have to live with it and Valencia family will as well. We need as people need to heal. Ask God to bind us together in love he is the only Judge.

Comment: I think this is a great program, whether it came under PAM or LABOUR, but everything in St Kitts we turn political, this is a wonderful opportunity for our people to learn a new skill, and hopefully maybe even encourage them to start a business, and EVERYONE in this federation should support this effort. We need to put away petty politics otherwise our country will be "stuck" in a "rut" and without any progress.
