Comment: I think the website is a good idea. Every little bit helps. I think we'll need a group in the neighborhoods to be proactive on this. Maybe form a concerned parents group in the villages or see if the Schools can research from time to time and pass on info to the parents. I'm not sure how many parents use computers, go online, have time etc.

Comment: We have to be very, very careful with National Register for sex offenders on the island of the Caribbean. I say this to say this, if I have a house in Frigate Bay and I am renting apartments to students and a sex offender house is next to mine. What should I do? What if sex defenders' homes are next to schools and day cares? Are we to move our homes or burn the sex offender's home down. Comment: RIP poor cow:( people need to be more careful when they're driving. that easily could have been a person crossing the street and if you were driving that fast to cause the kind of damage that this person did, to his vehicle, you wouldn't have been able to slow down in time to avoid a cow or a person!

Comment: Detective Bob Schilling from Seattle, WA. says that "You can't have public notification without public education. To do so would be like smoking a cigarette while standing in a pool of gasoline." That education of the public needs to teach them how to recognize the symptoms of abuse, teach the families to feel safe reporting, Law Enforcement on how to delicately deal with these issues, and also provide treatment/counseling for offenders as well as the victims and the families. Without this, you will be creating a hostile and volatile situation. Read the reports and statistics put out there. And make sure that you are using the current stuff.
