HIS FATHER WHO IS NOW DECEASED WHILE HE WERE AN INFANT MAYBE HAVE SEND A NEGATIVE INPACT OF HIS LIFE.HIS MOTHER IS A HARDWORKING WOMAN AND SINGLE PARENT, BUT THE LIFE WE AS PARENTS LIVE IMPACT OUR CHILDRENS" LIFES.THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS WE AS PARENT SHOULD NOT DO CAUSE IT FALLS BACK ON THE KIDS WHO ARE THE WEAKER LINKS.I HAVE KNOWN THIS YOUNG MAN FROM A BABY UNTO NOW.AS A CHILD HE USES TO WALK AWAY FROM HIS MUMS" HOME TO BE FOOT TO FOOT WITH HIS DAD AND THE WAY HIS FATHER DIED MAY HAVE SEND A NEGATIVE INPACT ON THE CHILDS LIFE. I DONT DISAGREE WITH THE MAGISTRATES JUDGEMENT BUT I THINK THE MAGISTRATE OUGHT TO HAVE SIGHTED THAT SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG WITH THIS CHILD.HE NEEDS COUNSELING AND SOMEONE TO SHOW HIM LOVE WHICH I THINKS WOULD BE AN ASSEST IN CHANGING HIS LIFE.HE HAVE RECENTLY BEEN RELEASED FROM PRISON AFTER A SIX (6) MONTHS SENTENCE BY THE SAID MAGISTRATE AND LESS THAN A MONTH HE IS BACK INFRONT OF HER AFTER HIS RELEASE FROM PRISON.SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG. HE DID NOT COMMIT THIS CRIME ALONE I AM SURE BUT THE OLDER,HARD CRIMINALS THREATEN THESE YOUTHS AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO TAKE THE RAP AS THEY WOULD REFER TO WHEN CAUGHT BY LAW ENFORECMENT OFFICERS. I DO HOPE HE COULD GET SOME COUNSELING IN PRISON AS HE IS STILL YOUNG AND IS A VERY INTELLEGENT CHILD.YOU HAVE LEARN YOUR LESSONS JERMAINE MORE THAN ONCE AND I DO HOPE THIS LONG STAY AT HER MAJESTYS" PRISON WOULD BRING OUT SOMETHING GOOD IN YOU.

Comment: Sugar Lips you make me snicker....I am assuming that you do not have any obligations with the bank, tdc crts etc. because if you had you would not feel it was ok you to terminate an employee service immediately (unless of course they did something wrong). If you as an employer care about your workers well being you would have not only give them notice but also any additional monies that would make the transition easier, that way remaining and prospective employees would feel that someone care for them..Employers needs Loyal employees. You really think that is the ideal way to repay loyalty? Well trust me, the other workers there if they are smart would start looking for an employee who care about their well being.

Our youths will b better mind framed,& more equip globally.Unnessary queen shows, bad parentn, Guns,alcohol,vulgar dancing/behaviors, hating,no jobs, is destroying our little youths..
