This sort of music only riles up the young guys to act vulgar. I can't even understand half the words,they speak so bad. As Police Commissioner, Isn't there anything you can do to stop this ? Comment: Police Commissioner seems incompetent and unimaginative. What is he doing and what has he accomplished in his career? He seems unable to lead and all he does is tell his political bosses what they want to hear. That is not leadership. It is no wonder law and order has broken down.
