Comment: I'm a motorist and I had an experience at one of the crossings. I stopped to let some school children pass(2 females). One walked briskly across the road while the other took her dear time walking. The young lady who walked briskly even mention to her friend to move quickly as I was patienly waiting for her....Her reply was "he got to wait...he can't knock me down" I just had to shake my head and continue my journey. I mentioned this to say that pedestrians at times abuse the system as well.

Comment: Amazing! Not only is it time to revise the laws so that pedestrians have the right of crossing, it is more than time enough to get some traffic lights at the major intersections. Gentle reminder: We are in the 21st century
