Comment: St. Kitts is too small an island for this high crime rate, however crime will not be abated if more stringent measures are not put in place for these violent acts. The death sentence needs be reinstated an carried out speedily. A strong message must be sent to persons who do these acts or thinking of doing these acts. Comment: They should call this the "Unique Browne Law" as it seems due to the unfortunate death of this teenager is what has prompted the gov't to take this swift and over due action. Police officer(s) should be placed at the entrances to the "Frigate Bay Strip". If you look 35 and under, you need to walk with ID; the bars should put up signs that show the legal minimum age to consume alcohol. Fines should be put towards the business owner and the underage individual who are involved with underage drinking.
