Comment: I have a friend who start hanging out with gangs - it reach to a point where he lost all his close friends because they wont accept his new friends(GANG). Then He lost his job because of run-ins with the law over Gang related things - then his whole family is distancing their selves from him - really in fear of getting caught in the Gang conflicts. And all of this has caused the dude to become more involved with his Gang because thats the only set of ppl seems to be showing him love! So it is really a tuff thing to get them seperated.

Comment: This is an excellent article. I think that Garfield is hitting the nail right on the head. I think that he should have a role to play in the facility that is supposed to be built for rehabilitating the young men of this country. The same strategy was used with the electricity situation prior to the last elections. Yet, electricity is still an issue. No one wants to accept responsibility.
