Comment: Is it a surprise when we see the quality of output from our institutions, when the very staff are not aware of their responsibilities? Imagine one trying to pass the buck to the other! People need to know that heads will roll when they screw-up on their jobs. Problem is everyone is "connected" and feel empowered. Comment: The mother abdicated her responsibilities towards her underaged child. Her lack of commitment was due to having to many other children to care for. Therein, lies the root of the problem. Then they say that they can't manage their children. It is the irresponsible and don't care attitude of the parents that is creating this plague in our society. Hardtimes and difficult children are not new phenomena.Parents have always had it hard but they NEVER gave up on their children.
