Comment: It is sad for any family when a love one has to lose their life in whichever way death comes and we have had more than our share of that in SKN…As sad as the hanging of Mr. Laplace or any one else is, can we really allow things to continues as they are? We have tried long prison terms, lots of talking but yet the slaughter continues…Families have suffers immensely and our hearts mourned with them, the families of victims and perpetrators alike….
We are not a people without compassion or respect for the sacredness’ of lives; but something must be done, this is painful for all of us and I sure wish there were other measure we could have resort to instead of hanging…
In the same vain I have not heard or seen any comments for Amnesty International condemning the slaughter of our young men and women, they have not send ONE letter of condolence to the grieving families, not even a workshop on how to stem the slaughter in our beloved paradise yet in their hydrocoral way they are condemning our action…
We need to return to Gad as a nation and as a people, we have tried all we can and have suffered toooooo much, let us see if this course of action will have an effect..
Sam with a sad heart.
