Comment: Liat has screwed up on several situations, but unfortunately, these type of things happen when we fly. Tires need to be changed, Liat is mostly late, so we need to adjust to these things. However, it was wrong of the agents to allow passengers to stand in the rain. Passengers should be taken on a bus to the plane when it rains or have the plane wait; we have waited on them on more than one occasion. As for the agents and the air hostess they should be fired, customer satisfaction is always best because without it they would not have an airline.

Comment: Chinese Restaurants are the only restaurants on the island that provide a meal for just the price of $5.Have some respect for them cause they are humans like them.And I guess he feels good after having other people see what they did.I could be dead wrong, but i think he did something before.I have heard locals enter and start bursting badwords on these people and what do they do?
