Comment: The rate of murder in the island has now surpassed that of some cities in the US. I have yet to see a plan of action put forward by the sitting government to combat this horrible problem. When are we (ordinary people) going to take a firm, united stand against the criminals we face every day? We can no longer keep silent because the next victim could be one of ours.
