Comment: It is amazing that a business man has responded with a reward for the murder of Jamie Williams in such an expedient manner, and this is good; he should be commended, but it also give the impression that the lives of some are more significant than others. I think that the public and crime solving will be better served if a better effort is made to contribute to a general crime stoppers fund.

Comment: Be realistic. Do you think anyone would put their life at risk for $6000? Am sure the person who did this concealed their identity. Putting up rewards only endangering other people's lives. Police do you job. Bribery is a criminal act. You have authority use it and stop endorse criminal activities.

Comment: My heart goes out sincerely to his family. These asses need to use him as a prime example and realize you can make something good of yourself. There he was a young man full of hope for a better tomorrow. Our island is much too small for such a high crime rate. We tend to say, well crime all over yes but we need to realize per capita it’s much to high, so come on people and open your eyes. We need to stop have a blind eye to what’s happening in our federation. As for the parents of these cowards they need to stop cover up for them and when they get arrested tek rass brand name stuff in the prison for them. What I don’t understand if we as common citizen out there have an idea who these punks and cowards are why is it the police who suppose to be train can’t find them? We have to stop use negative words or name calling to our kids. When we stigmatize children in the long run, there is cause and effect, which is why they run to these gang members for moral support. It starts from in the home. The government needs to cut their traveling expenses lower and use some of that money to increase safety and security. More police out patrolling and come out of the station. Instead da a write on ma pieces of paper and if you go back the next day da cant find you report. Its so simple look at the areas where all these killings occur for god sake raid de rass house where their cowards live I thought we have Sniffer dog. As simple as it sounds they can solve cases or find the criminal. We need neighborhood watch. Mentor and programme – Young people have too much time on their hands. Lastly we as Kittitan need to recognize that crime is already our problem because violence is happening or about to happen in our neighborhood so we have to stop say me na get involve.

Comment: Finding, arresting and convicting Jamie's killer(s) would not bring him back to life. If this reward was offered for previous murders this might have caused one to be solved and this gunman would have been off the street and serve as a lesson for other gunmen to stop killing. Jamie would have been alive 2day. Let us hope that this reward starts the process of catching killers and putting them behind bars so they can't kill.

Comment: Now thats a citizen and friend taking a stand....some will dislike me saying this....might say only because its the commissioners son. but thats ok. u dont know jamie like I do! Death Sentence for the perpetrator, and while we at it, find the person who kill the lil girl too. Justice has to start somewhere. However I must add that it shouldnt be a local business man offering these kinds of incentives, the police force should have a budget for these situations. POLICE FORCE STEP IT UP

Comment: It is very sad for one to die like that. Along with that some strange things are happening but there is some connection with this Gun business and the Police. Somewhere, these GUNS are are readily available. Its either the Cops are selling guns or someone in Customs is making loads of $$$ by letting in these weapons..On the next hand these weapons seems to have been pre ordered for some sort of a use that was not effective so they all over the street now. It is not a good critic to make but I personally believe the Cops have lots to do with some of these Crimes.. I may be wrong, but with common diagnostics into finding the perpetrators and the availability of the weapons, the arrow point on the authority. May be not all the crimes but there is some sort of a connection. Gun men can never be found.. Funny, very funny indeed.
