Comment: It sound like they are going to charge the 13yr old with fool play,Since she was the one home at the time of incident. At the same time I hope some pschology treatment has been or is given to both the 3yr old and 13yr old. She took the child to the hospital and to find later her sister is dead can damage once psychic. Lets focus on the children and get them healed.

Comment: Anywhere else all children would have been taking away from her and the mother charged with child endangerment. Why a mother would place should a huge responsibility on a 13-year old. She is just a child herself. They were not 9/10 but toddler and a 3yr old-do they not understand the emotional state of dealing with tender age children. My cudo's to the 13yr old she did what she knew to do. Nobody saw the child in distress to offer help. She took the bus w/both, where is the compassion of 2day.

Comment: dont get me wrong its all well and good to punish these individuals, but let be realistic. Lock these people away and we are the ones who still support them in prison, while they relax with my money. this is where the system has failed. i spoke to an x- convict and he told me had just come back from VACATION!!!!. Punishment should be harsh!!!!!
