Comment: For the appellant and his attorneys, this case will be their pregnant mountain that gives birth to a mouse. Why are they wasting tax payers’ money? A green card holder cannot be prosecuted in any US court for not residing in the US. The only thing could happen to the person is the revocation of his green card status. He does not owe any loyalty or obedience to any US laws as long as he is not on US soil, and the US can’t compel him to live in the US,so much for a flawed argument?
