Comment: I am a 17 year old girl and i have a question for many of you who disagree with how he was dress. Comment: To concern son of the soil, I do agree that it is a waste of time but these cases are put b4 a magistrate at first who ask them if they wish for there case to be tried there or go b4 a grand jury. Sum persons prefer to have a jury decide their faith than the magistrate alone. That is how so many of these cases end up to the judge instead of the magistrate. This case however sound like the guy really took the $20 an now that they saw him they decided to tax him but dey shud have taken only the 20
