Comment: Armed forces have a better internal affairs apparatus than the local police do and Im Quite confident in this division of its unit in honesty in regards to an investigation. I agree with the viewers who complain about girls sneaking out and leading on older men and that the girls should be held accountable as well. I think this is a case where the voice of the locals need to be heard because you are the boots on the ground so to speak. You understand the culture and what is wrong. My suggestion is first of all the adult who breaks the law needs the book thrown at him even though he was perhaps manipulated because his brain is fully developed and he knows right from wrong.
