Comment: I will commend the SKNDF for their effort toward making St. Kitts a safe place. From what I've read the this story doesn't add up. There are certain things that are missing. Normally when the police or army take into position things they consider as evidence they will take pictures of them. Where are the pictures? Why would they burn the shacks? The police have to do their investigation before the shacks are burnt. If ratty was running away from them while they were firing at him why did their bullets ended up in his shins? Based on his wounds it doesn't take an observation specialist to observe if the bullets struck him from the back or from the front. Maybe Kenrick aka Ratty is lying or the members of the army are that good and can curve bullets while shooting. All i can say if the army went about shooting him the wrong way may those members be brought to justice or if Kenrick is telling lies to cover up his tracks, EXCELLENT JOB to the St. Kitts Nevis Defence Force.
