Comment: Is this statement true for real? The victim have a heavy case, if it is.. The key, is they did not take him into custody, period. My friend you can claim for as much COMPENSATION as you desire. When that is finished Take the case to the HIGH COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS and also claim from the Government for injuries so you have three claims to claim.. You can also claim for leave to die as a result of Gun Shot wound from the Security Force, which is different to the Cop who fire the shots. It is clear now who is doing the killings. The COP who shot you, make a personal claim against him. This look like it's the Cops doing all the killings.
