Comment: It is unfortunate that many young people have been consumed by gang activities to the point where they are incapable of thinking rationally. If Mr. Marryshaw was aware of someone with a gun instigating a fight, he should have called law enforcement. Removing a weapon from his waist, and running after a person with a gun is just inflaming the situation, and is not an intelligent decision. The incident happened within close proximity to the police station; he coud have called the police.

Comment: Everytime one of these young men die...they are never in any gangs but while alive they "rep" these same gangs to the fullest..I've seen this young man in action before maybe u kno Denniss Akeem Marrishaw - a humble well mannered boy....but wat about Not Nice?..If he's not in a gang and he doesn't get into anything y dis Not Nice so readily have a meat cleaver in his waist?..he had something to cut at Coury and Coury didn't have a knife - highly improbable. His death is untimely and my condolences to you but please tell both sides to the story. We go day to day bickering that the officers don't do their jobs, now that he tries to save a life at the detriment of another,as unfortunate as it is, we ridicule him..we really are hard to please

Comment: My condolensces, but, if he was such a nice boy & civil minded, he wud have, instead of chasing after that guy who u said showed him a gun sign, he wud have reported to the police instead of chasing after him. Comment: This story is hilarious!!! The guy was never a trouble maker but yet he was beaten by the officer b4. A guy threaten to kill u and show u a gun sign and yet u chase after him wid a meat chopper. Apply a bit of common sense to this story and one wud c that this guy left his job went home for his meat chopper bcuz he knew his intentions. Comment: It is said a penny has two sides, I have heard the girlfriend's side. I am inclined to believe her because the police lies about so many things. She admits he had a meat cleaver, what was he doing with it in his waist? Howerver, killing him was not the way to go.
