Comment: Absolute nonsense ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! The Speaker needs to direct his fire at Douglas and company who continuously interrupt, shout and display very uncivilized behaviour in Parliament. Anyone who listens to or observes the activities of our Parliament could only conclude that the Speaker exercises his authority in a very selective manner. He castigates members of the Opposition but stretches out a friendly hand to his Labour colleagues on the Government side. Dont get me wrong, it is expected that the Labour appointed Speaker from the Labour Party will have a natural bias to the Labour MPs. However, he (the Speaker) tends to become a part of the debate, and an additional member of the Government benches instead of simply managing the deabates between the members of our Assembly.

Comment: The Speaker is a joke and total waste of time.He cannot get his comrades to attend the National Assembly on time,he cannot get them to show any semblance of decent behaviour and he allows them to break the rules of the National Assembly with impunity.He speaks about not allowing persons to impute improper motives to others but allowed Tommy Tucker to do so time and time again when it was clear that Tommy Tucker had no reasonable basis for what he was saying.

Had the officer reacted differently & the meat clever man chopped and killed de other man alot still would have been said.
