Sometime ago when i read here about a place being robbed with persons carrying an AK47 rifle and also a police officer and her daughter being robbed i mused and wonders when the robbers will turn to tourist when they are tired of robbing locals???..Hmmm sad days are here with us and i feel for and agree with Mr Condon and also Mr Astaphan this needs to be stamped out right now..Live and livelihood depends on Tourism!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment: I jus praying for my police force.although there are some who slack , there are also others who are dedicated to fighting crime..it is time now that we as a society show the police some appreciation and the job is not an easy one... we need to work hand in hand,its not for the police alone.. we all could fight it in any small way....we are the ears and eyes of our country.

Comment: When a tour bus with 17+ tourists is alleged to be held up by masked men and it is described as a "massive crisis" in the country in the PM's absence, is ludicrous. If the PM died (heaven forbid - not prematurely) could he stop the crime? Absolutely not. Kittitians, ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. It gets sickening to read what supposedly educated people are writing through varied media in the Federation. Seems we went way backwards.

Comment: Massive Big Up to Law Enforcement. I hope they will now get the resources that are desperately needed to naturalize the criminals, and monies allocated to raise salaries, so that the talented officers will be enticed to stay, and even more talented persons become attracted to the profession.
