Comment: THE HEAD COACH AND TECHNICAL DIRECTOR FEELS THAT THE NATIONAL TEAM SHOULD COMPRISE ALL NEWTOWN PLAYERS.

Comment: I think the Liamuiga Youth Legacy Awards should be renamed the Labour Youth Legacy Awards. Of the almost 30 persons that have been awarded over the years more than 80% of them have either been current or former young labour members or from well know labour families. I mean Jihan Williams, Jenson Morton, Jeffery Hanley,Konris Maynard,Shamara Morton,Steve Whittaker,Von Micheal Martin, Diedre Daniel,Fadil Imo,Diana Williams among many others are all well know youth labour actvists.

Comment: I know we have an obligation to get our national debt down, however I don't see where the implimentation of VAT would help us if we continue on the path we are going. Show me another country with million dollar green fence and i will accept VAT. Show me another country where hotels collect taxes for the government and keep it for themselves and I will accept VAT. Show me another country where government buildings are in disrepair, they ignore them, rent from others and i will accept VAT

Comment: Who are the selectors on the selection committee for these awards? What exactly has Unoma Allen done besides host a few carnival events to deserve such an award? An how much times will Dr. Alexander will receive a LYLA award? Come on their a lots ore deserving young people out there. They may not be in the limelight but they are certainly desrved of recognition. This award seems or looks to me like you have to either be in or at least loosely associated with some sort of club to be awarded.

Comment: The Country is not in need of any new taxes. The country is in need of more people. We are looking at the wrong type of tourism. We should should be looking at education tourism. that's where the money at. Not hotel and cruise. Bring schools and all the other's will come. Students have to live here for over six months per year. Economies of scale that is the principle here. The Prime Minister is a Scientist he should no matter can niether be created or destroy.

Comment: When are these things will be stopped.Well just the right time when someone is waiting for them to chop them up and well chop up to.I am that someone will do this soon.

Comment: A few questions still unanswered. What really is the selection criteria? Have you changed the age group for award recipients? When are we going to stop awarding the accomplished and popular? What abot the grassroots young people in community who will never get a national award or any acclaim? How is LYLAA operated and what was the original intention of the award? What is the constitution of the committee and how are they appointed? Good luck and every success

Comment: But wait! Not a comment!! Where are all the people that were making comments when they thought otherwise. Where are all those quick to judge people now!!! The PM is correct when he said, " some people glorify in adversity, glorify when it would appear things are negative, glorify when things appear not to be going right....". One comment stated "Douglas head seems to be in the clouds", and " people who live in a world of illusions have a way of using their self absorbed wisdom to try and make things what they want it to be", and many other seemingly "intellectual" views. I wonder how all those criticizers feel after hearing IMF repeatedly stating that the press incorrectly quoted an IMF figure. Well I know that the Hon Prime Minister is trying his best. It does not matter what good he have done and will continue to do, some people just will not be truthful enough to say well one thing he is trying here and there or he is doing this and that... They concentrate on the negatives and only the negatives. We cannot find one person or government that is perfect. Some persons who commented before when their ears and bellies were full with incorrect information,used the PM slang like " ten man in one", and "E A WUK", when it suits them. Now the truth come out I know it gotta hurt. Well now what else can I say but E A WUK!! Love the PM and I love my beloved home of sugar city, no matter what!!
